Julianna Walsh, Ph.D.

Julianna began her journey as a researcher exploring gender differences in leadership while earning her Master’s and later PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She studied the paradox of how female leaders are perceived, all while wrestling with the unfairness of the “think manager, think male” mindset.

After years as a leadership consultant designing development programs for global corporations, she grew frustrated with persistent inequality. A move to a tech startup ignited her passion for building intuitive tools that make science accessible. By 2023, driven to close the leadership gender gap, she decided it was time to lead herself.
