Why is it only for women?

Women and non-binary individuals tend to be offered fewer developmental resources and support from employers and face conflicting expectations and pervasive bias that impact our day-to-day working experience. The learning activities raise awareness of this nuanced reality and teach the most effective ways to navigate specific situations.

What does the app help with?

The app offers guided journeys that take you through skill-building exercises to help you reduce self-doubt, get focused, build confidence, navigate boundaries, and grow your career with intention. The exercises include short reflections, practical scenarios, suggested resources, assessments, and actions, all personalized to your particular challenges and goals.

Why an app instead of an online course?

We chose this format to make self-leadership development as accessible and engaging as possible. We also wanted the design to be customizable to the user’s experience based on their unique identity rather than the more traditional one-size-fits-all course format.

How much does the app cost?

After a two-week free trial, you can pay a one-time fee for each journey for $15USD (depending on your local currency and app store fees) which grants lifetime access. No subscriptions. We also offer a pay what you want pathway to ensure that cost is not a barrier to growth. The module on self-confidence and the resource library are always available for free.

Why is the logo a cat?

It’s not a cat, it’s a lemur. The majority of lemur species are female-dominant. A group of lemurs is called a conspiracy, and they often work together to outwit challengers. We like to think of this effort as a conspiracy to get more women in leadership positions.
